1) What are the rules and policies for miner orders ?

2) Do you have hosting service ?

3) What is the refund process ?
The refund process takes about 3-5 working days for our financial department to execute. If the order was paid by crypto currency, the refund amount will be based on the amount of the crypto currency that we received. If the order was paid by bank transfer, the refund amount will be based on the amount of the currency.
4) Do you deliver to my country ?
Normally we ship to most of the countries in the world except some countries who have strict customs policies for the miner import.
1) Brazil, India (Can’t ship to )
2) Argentina (The client needs to have the ability to help for the clearance )
3) Austria ( Needs an EORI number for the clearance )
5) Is the price including VAT ?
The price is VAT NOT included.
For all the miners on our website, the price is tax NOT included for all the customers in the world. Almost all of our miners are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, so please understand that it will be your responsibility to help with the local customs for the clearance and pay for the tax fee when the miner arrives in your country.
6) How long is the warranty period ?
All the brand new miners have a warranty directly from the factory from 6-12 months depending on the brand and the model. You might have the SN code on the miner and you could search the warranty period from the official website.
Normally, when it comes to maintenance or repair issues ,if the miner has to be sent back to the factory’s official maintenance center, for Bitmain and Whatsminer products you will cover the shipping fee to China but the factory will cover the shipping fee to send it back to you (The explanation regarding to this belongs to the factory).
7) What is the payment Method ?
You can pay via Crypto or Wire Transfer.
8) How long will it take for the shipping Date ?
The shipping date will be 3-10 working days.
Once we confirm your order, we will test the miner in our technical center to make sure the miner is running well before shipping to you. Then we will deliver the miner to our forwarder for the delivery. We will update the tracking number on our website and you will receive an email for the details. This process takes about 3-10 working days.

The actual shipping date for the preorder miners depends on the factory even though we put the estimated shipping month of the preorder batch. There might be a possibility for a delay for the launch of the miner and a delay for the delivery date from the factory. Also there is a possibility that the factory fails to produce the miner by their side and in this case we might need to refund you for your order.

9) Where is your warehouse ? Could we pick up the miner from your warehouse ?
Our major warehouse is in China. Almost all of our miners are shipped from China. For security reasons, we don’t accept pick up on the spot. All the miners need to be shipped.
10) How could I do for bulk purchase ?

14) What are the rules for the miner maintenance ?
1) Do I have to be a computer scientist to use your minors ?
- Absolutely not, and even less so for ASICs despite what one might think. All they have to do is connect them to the network via ethernet cable and enter their digital wallet address. For our minors by graphic card it is the same thing, just plug the minor back in and fill in his address on the software.
2) Am I accompanied to the placement of my minor ?
- First of all, you should know that each of our miners comes with a manual that explains in a few steps how to use it. These notices are available in the support area of our online store. Then in case of difficulty our technical team can assist you in the installation of your equipment.
3) Do I need to be specifically equipped with electricity to mine ?
- For up to two or three miners, a standard electrical installation is more than enough.
4) At what temperature should my room be mined ?
- This again depends on the number of miners, but a fairly large space with air circulation is sufficient to store two or three miners. Ideally, the temperature should not exceed 30 degrees when the miners are turning.
5) Do I need to be specifically equipped with an internet to mine ?
- Not at all, minors consume very little bandwidth. The information exchanged is only a small amount of data. A simple modem is enough for a few minors.

17) What is the out of stock problems ?
Regarding the specific dynamic of the miners market, there is a possibility that the miner’s price has changed when we receive your payment and we might need to refund your order.
We use a batch process for all the miners orders , and that we have each batch at quite limited quantities .The price of different batches of miners is different even though it’s the same model of miner . They are selling pretty fast. Regarding the highly variable and demanded market , the price could be different every day for in stock miners . So there is a possibility that the miner’s price has gone up when we receive your payment and we need to refund you for the order.
18) What should I do for the delay of preorders ?
